Promotion

Monday I got a small promotion & raise at work. It is nothing too big, I just moved up a level in my department. It now puts me at Senior status which is more of a "lead" role. I am actually trilled about it because I worked really hard to get there in less than two years with the company. With today's economy and knowing that people are out of work or there jobs are in jeopardy I am thankful that I got the recognition and I know that my job will not be going anywhere anytime soon. My goal for the next year will be to work on obtaining certain designations to expand my ever growing need for knowledge and to keeping improving as an employee (Thanks Lindsay for your guidance with that)!!
