Things you may not know about me

~ I am OCD about plucking my eyebrows EVERY morning

~ I am not addicted to lattes because of the caffeine. I just like the taste. Very rarely do I get a latte cuz I need the caffeine.

~ I am an adrenaline junkie. I LOVE roller coasters. I WILL sky dive and bungee jump one day. Now…if only I could convince Joey. And I am still trying to research anything else I can do to get my adrenaline fix.

~ I love going for long walks, especially with Joey. One day we hope to have two puppies and a couple of little tykes to walk with.

~ I like paying bills. I have an excel spreadsheet and all. I think I may be too organized about it.

~ I refuse to get contacts or wear my glasses because I just can’t seem to get used to them. My eyes aren’t that bad (they seem to be getting worse though), but I don’t drive at night. Lasik eye surgery is in my future.

~ I almost transferred to the University of Washington after my freshman year of college to be closer to my mom. When I told her of my plans and that I got accepted, she refused and made me go back to WSU cuz I loved it there so much. And boy, am I glad she made that decision for me. I am scarred to think of what my life would be like now. I was almost a Husky. YUCK!! And I wouldn’t have met the wonderful friends I have now…or my husband. Thanks MOM! Go Cougs!!!

~ I am a stupid reality TV Junkie. My favorites are The Biggest Loser, The Hills, The City, Bromance, and Keepin Up with the Kardashians….oh and Food Network Challenge, Ace of cakes, & Top Chef. Ohh..and my new fav is Confessions of a Teen Idol. I am sure there are more stupid shows I watch, but I rarely ever watch regular sitcoms.

~ I rarely shop at any other store besides Nordstrom. I try to look and find a few things at other stores but most of my closet is from Nordstrom.

~ I like planning things. Weather it be a vacation, a party, my own wedding, your party, or your wedding. Just ask… I’ll help. Maybe I should just be a travel agent or event planner. HMMMMM.

~ I have to watch the news (local & world) every night after work. I’m obsessed. Even if I read the news all day on the internet, I still have to watch it. I must. I must.

~ I think it’s really weird when people call Joey “Joe.” First off, it is Joey and always has been. And Joe is my dad’s name. Yea…yea…both of their real names are Joseph, but Joey looks and acts like a Joey and my dad looks and acts like a Joe. And that’s that. Enough said. Oh, and Joey’s middle name is Richard, which is also my little brother’s name. Weird huh??

~ I am a Thai, Chinese, and Japanese food fanatic. I can’t get enough of these foods. Maybe one day I’ll travel to Asia and experience the real thing. No, not maybe… I WILL do this.

~ Joey is the cook in our home and I am the baker. He makes delicious food and I make delectable sweet treats. I especially love to bake cupcakes of all different kinds. I usually make a full batch and have one to taste, then I send them off to Joey’s work. Otherwise I will eat them all! I also get asked to bake things for when his work does bake sales to raise money for certain charities. I am always happy to do it and its fun too!
