Here you go Arnold

Arnold requested that I post an updated countdown to my favorite time of year!!
23 Days until Thanksgiving!!
51 Days utill Christmas!!

I am super excited. All of the retail stores have there decorations out (even before halloween) and Starbucks are using there holiday cups! These are just small steps as whats to come. Whoo whooo!! Yea...yea...I have been called a dork muliple times already for getting sooo excited and it was just Halloween last Friday. But Thanksgiving will be here before you know it and then Holiday decorating and festivies begin!!

GOALS FOR 2009

Home:

1.) Paint both bathrooms and guest room
2.) Put in crown molding and other finishing work
3.) Purchase and hang window treatments
4.) “Garden Deck” i.e. Planter Boxes with flowers etc etc

Personal:

1.) Lose weight to go back to my pre- college weight of 125lbs -IN PROGRESS - 13 lost so far- slowly but surely
2.) Work out 4 days a week for at least 30 minutes -IN PROGRESS
3.) Cook (me…not Joey) at least 4 meals a week-IN PROGRESS
4.) Send my Grandma a card with current pictures once a month
5.) Get my Mary Kay Business started again
Have 30 new customers by end of summer
6.) Train for a half marathon for 2010 -IN PROGRESS
7.) Write a letter to myself that I can read in 10 years
8.) Get a pedicure once a month-IN PROGRESS
9.) Read 1 book a month (I’m not much of reader) - IN PROGRESS
10.) Organzie a recipe binder with our favorite meals

With Joey:

1.) Go on a hike once a month during Spring and Summer months-IN PROGRESS
2.) Have date night once a week-IN PROGRESS
3.) Pay off car- By end of August 2009 -DONE!!!!
4.) Go Camping at least 5 times this summer - IN PROGRESS
- at least once by ourselves
5.) Try a new restaurant once a month
6.) Spend 1 night a week with no TV
7.) Stay at a Bed and Breakfast for our birthdays
8.) Build up our savings for a house-IN PROGRESS
9.) Go to a Sounders FC game - DONE
10.) Go to the Trapt concert(DONE!!) and The Fray concert-DONE
11.) Go to a Mariners Game & watch Griffey Play -DONE
12.) Join a bowling league
13.) Obtain our secret goal

With Family & Friends:

1.) Baby-sit my nephew for a whole weekend so my sister can have a weekend to herself
2.) Organize a family dinner/game night at least once a month no matter if there is an occasion to celebrate or not
3.) Organize a family trip to Lake Chelan for summer of 2009
4.) Go Golfing with my Dad
5.) Organize a sunday "friend brunch" once a month
